I have to agree with Laurie. Taking extra time to read the labels would solve a lot of problem experienced by most dissatisfied customers.

I just viewed the label on these pills. I cannot imagine the customer can win this lawsuit because of claims on the lablel such as, “Individual results may vary,” “Use in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program,” and the icing on the cake… “No diet program works for everyone … if you’re not satisfied return to your place of purchase for 100% money-back guarantee”…. So, yes I believe the lawsuit is frivilous and I hope it gets tossed out of court!

I believe that every person has a unique body system…These pills might be effective for some, yet it might not work for others. One has to understand their body…and it takes a while to do this and arrive at an intelligent conclusion. I wouldn’t try these pills.

With all do respect. I do believe that the packaging had misleading information on it. But even still, people trust Jillian and she should have considered this before putting her name on the product.

I’ve always admired Jillian’s body and how she works so hard to maintain it. I wish to had arms like hers…but I think the lawsuit is silly. You’re going to sue because your fat and thought by taking a pill would make you skinny?
