The Diet Solution Review
Metabolic Based Dieting with The Diet Solution Program

Diet Solution ebook coverOverview

Isabel De Los Rios is a weight loss expert who decided to pursue a career in fitness after successfully battling her own weight problems during her teenager years. In The Diet Solutions Program, Isabel helps dieters learn the foods needed to place the body in a fat burning mode. Isabel calls the program a nutritional manual, giving dieters clear laid out instructions on what to eat, what to avoid and how to create a healthy food lifestyle.

Pros and Cons to Consider

  • A concern among some women purchasing online dieting eBooks is that they are normally written by men with the focus on body building instead of weight loss. Isabel creates a program that women can easily relate too.
  • Isabel puts her focus on strategies that work – fitness and nutrition. No expensive pills or shakes are recommended or sold by Isabel.
  • A full two month refund policy, gives you plenty of time to test out the product and work on gaining a smaller waist and more toned body.
  • Professional expertise counts for a lot when it comes to making a program that real people can actually follow. Isabel earned an exercise physiology degree at Rutgers University and owns her own fitness studio. She is also certified in nutrition and sports exercise and spent years helping special populations lose weight.
  • For only $47, you can get The Diet Solution eBook, a food shopping guide, meal plans and recipes.

  • Some individuals might get frustrated by the site layout. The entire sales pitch is a video that cannot be fast-forward through.
  • The nutrition plan does not offer enough variety for vegetarians.

How Does The Diet Solution Work?

The Diet Solutions Program breaks dieters down into one of three different types of metabolic dieters - protein, carb or mixed type. A series of questions will be asked at the beginning to help place dieters and specific meal plans are provided for each type. Meals tend to focus on healthy meats and fish with raw fruits, vegetables and seeds encouraged. Instead of giving up snacking, Isabel teaches dieters to eliminate snacks containing hydrogenated fats and recommends alternative sources.

With a 180 page eBook, Isabel does a good job of providing users plenty of useful information without bogging them down with too much. Short chapters and an organized layout prevent boredom. The ability to create customized diet plans based on metabolic type is also a nice touch that can add variety to menu choices. For dieters tired of losing a few pounds then gaining it right back, The Diet Solutions Program can be the breakthrough needed to become more active and develop a wiser more balanced relationship with food. Review Terms & Disclosure

What is missing from this review is the complete and very expensive overhaul that the Diet Solutions program suggests. It is more than just a suggestion as it it the theme of the entire program. There are so many limitations and foods you are not allowed to consume that it makes adhering to this plan for a permanent lifestyle change very hard to follow. I wish reviewers would give more than a one-sided plug for this program and truly give an honest review. If you want to convert your entire kitchen to an organic environment and eliminate all forms of sugar, soy, dairy (except raw dairy), and limit your foods to only specific kinds then this program is for you. Oh and this program totally sucks if you are a vegetarian so you may as well start eating meat again or go crazy with limited choices.

I have been doing this program off and on for almost a year and it did a great job of getting me started on the right path. I feel like I've outgrown the program but somewhere I keep referencing it over and over (a lot of good information).

@Mike. How can you say it's a scam. I bet you didn't even try it. I had great success with this program and would recommend it other members of my family. Scam? Come on man..

Honestly guys, this program is a complete scam for the most part. Tried it myself and did plenty of research. Results were bullshit and very weak. I would not recomment this program to anyone. Do yourself dont waste your time or money. Good luck, thanks.

the food shopping guide was pretty weak. I thought it would come with more options. Also.....i wasn't sure which metabolic type to pick based on my answers to the questions in the ebook

I'm on week 5 and have lost 12lbs so far. I would recommend you read the entire ebook before attempting to do the diet so you know exactly what to expect. I don't think I would have stuck to the plan if I didn't

I'm a vegetarian and there just wasn't enough meals for me to stick to this plan. I was able to get a refund in 3 business days. Wish I would have known before I bought it.

This was a pretty good ebook. I'm not big fan of spending money online but my regular diet routine was getting really boring. This diet gave me some good ideas and tips to mix things up and get my weight loss going again.

the e-book was an easy read and pretty easy to follow. The hardest part was just mustering up the strength to do the stuff the e-book recommends.
