How Does The Truth about Abs Work?

Truth About Abs BookThe Truth about Six Pack Abs pays significant attention to exercise and nutrition to provide both fat burning and muscle building. Michael is up front that dieters have to be willing to step up their workout intensity, be open minded, and have a degree of self control over what they eat if they want to get ripped abs. Exercises like lunges and squats focus on working multiple muscle groups at once to increase fat burning ability and speed up the metabolism. Interval training is taught to burn more calories and high resistance ab specific exercises are done twice weekly for 5 to 7 minutes during a workout. Nutrition breaks down meals into several small meals throughout the day and eliminates calorie counting.

I have to agree with everything that has been said up to this point. The book was very well written and I learned a lot of things. I had no idea there was such a big nutritional difference between "factory raised animals" and free range grass fed animals. This book had everything I needed from a meal and exercise perspective.

This program is great. It truly is more than just a book about abs. I read other reviews that talked about a scam but it really isn't. I haven't lost any weight yet because I just finished reading the eBook. I plan on starting tomorrow.

After I purchased the ebook I was tempted to just get a refund. After I read the first few sections about being open minded and being willing to change helped. I guess I was eager just to get to it but it did say that the book should be read from beginning to end. So be prepared to take a few days to read the entire book and then start taking action.
